Artur Aharonyan, MS

Mr. Artur Aharonyan is a research assistant at the Ishibashi Research Laboratory whose research focuses on applying novel magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologies to study brain structure. His interests include deep learning and AI applications for brain and heart atlas development, diffusion MRI, functional MRI, and image registration challenges in congenital heart disease.

Artur has worked with Dr. Ishibashi since 2017. Originally from Yerevan, Armenia, Artur obtained his BS from the University of Maryland in Materials Science & Engineering, and his MS from The Catholic University of America in Biomedical Engineering.
