Danielle Amoako is originally from Texas and a senior at Boston University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, through the College of Arts and Sciences. I have been fascinated by science for years, and in the future I hope to further my education through medical school as a pre-med student. I aspire to become a family doctor, and help provide accessible healthcare to underserved communities. I am inspired by my grandmother, a courageous woman who was head of the nursing department in Ghana, and I hope to follow in her footsteps through leadership, compassion, and strength.
