Nolan Nguyen is originally from Orange County, California, and is a sophomore at Boston University’s Sargent College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology. As an intern at the Ishibashi Research Laboratory, he is gaining foundational laboratory skills and experience in developmental biology, neuroscience, and translational biomedical research. He hopes to pursue a career in medicine while continuing to contribute to research that advances the understanding and treatment of human disease.
